Traveling South - Garden State Parkway

  • Garden State Parkway Exit 80 South/Beachwood/South Toms River
  • Make a Right onto Route 9 South
  • Approx 3 Miles, Take the Ocean Gate jug-handle and cross over Route 9
  • Make Right onto Veeder Lane
  • 1 Mile Make Left onto Bayview Ave.
  • Martell's Waters Edge is 1½ miles on Right

Traveling North - Garden State Parkway

  • On the Garden State Parkway take exit 77
  • Turn right onto Veterans Parkway
  • Follow Veterans Parkway until you reach Route 9 which is approximately 4 miles from the Parkway off ramp.
  • Make a left onto Route 9 North
  • Follow Route 9 North until you come to Ocean Gate Ave (right after the McDonalds)
  • Make a right onto Ocean Gate, then make a quick right onto Veeder Lane
  • Take Veeder Lane all the way down to the four-way stop
  • Make a left onto Bayview Avenue
  • Martell's Waters Edge is one mile down on the right hand side
